It's a hydrating, nutrient-rich toner containing 84% deep sea water and plant stem cell culture solution. The moisture, y'all! It is super effective for helping with dry skin and making it feel soft. It's a watery texture that feels really refreshing and gentle.
It absorbs very well, too, which is always a good thing. I really like that it left a glow as well. And the bottle is super generous, so it's going to last a while.

🤎This ph C balancing toner has a runny texture like water and refreshes the skin while hydrating during application. I like its very light citrus 🍋🟩 smell .I applied it to cleansed skin while patting gently until fully absorbed.
It leaves me with such soft and well-hydrated skin. It will be incredible for those with fragile and sensitive skin because it is so gentle on the skin.

This toner has some great ingredients and a quick absorbing watery consistency. It is unscented and hydrating. My skin always feels smooth and plump after using this. Love that this is a larger bottle than some of my other toners. It will last longer than a month.

My review on the O'LABS PhC Balancing Toner: The toner is a watery based liquid and has no scent at all. I have been using the toner for weeks now and it works great. It so gentle on my skin and absorbs very well. The toner has helped my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated and soft all daylong. This is really good because I have dry skin and during the winter season it gets worse. My skin’s texture has improved a lot now. I am amazed how well this works for my skin.

I enjoy the coolness and clean feeling I get after using a good quality toner and thanks to Nordhive and O’Labs, I had the opportunity to try exactly that.
It’s a liquid toner, unscented and the consistency of water, so I used it with a cotton pad for my best results. Because it contains 84% deep sea water and plant stem cell culture solution and is enriched with minerals like calcium,
potassium and magnesium, it does wonders for the skin. It is very gentle on my irritated, dry skin, and it helped it feel moisturized and smooth after using it. In addition, my skin is sensitive and it never dried it out or caused redness and tightness; rather, it left it feeling balanced, soft and ready to move on in the next step of my skincare regimen.
It is very hydrating and left a subtle glow, for me. It’s a generous sized bottle, so it will definitely last. The only point I would make as a possible “con” to someone, is if you are trying to use it to remove heavy makeup. It works better for those using zero to light coverage, in my opinion.
I’m very impressed overall with how it made my skin feel, from the first use. Consistently using it, the results continued to be positive. Soft, smooth, radiant skin. A definite recommendation.
